Update: Young Entrepreneurs' Program – A New Chapter for Young Founders

About this episode

A New Program for the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs

Together with CODE University and Tom Bachem, I have founded the Young Entrepreneurs' Program (YEP) – a project I am now fully dedicating myself to. This initiative marks an important step in fostering young talent within the German startup ecosystem.

The Structure of the Young Entrepreneurs' Program

YEP is designed as a one-year intensive program built on three fundamental pillars that together create a comprehensive entrepreneurship experience:

Peer-to-Peer Learning: Exchange between like-minded individuals forms the heart of the program. Here, aspiring founders learn from each other, share experiences, and collaboratively develop innovative solution approaches. This horizontal learning structure not only promotes knowledge transfer but also helps build valuable networks.

Mentoring: Experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts provide individual guidance to participants throughout their journey. This personal support makes it possible to address specific challenges and benefit from the practical experience of established entrepreneurs.

Focus Camps: Intensive workshop sessions on various key topics deepen theoretical knowledge and provide practical application opportunities. These camps are designed to impart concrete skills and address current trends in entrepreneurship.

Focus on Exclusivity and Quality

The program is deliberately selective: only 30 chosen participants will receive the opportunity to take part in this one-year intensive program. This limited number of participants ensures high-quality supervision and enables intensive, personal interactions between all involved parties.

The partnership with CODE University, one of Germany's most innovative universities in the field of digital technologies, underscores the program's high quality standards. Tom Bachem, as co-founder and experienced entrepreneur, brings additional expertise and credibility to the project.

The Application Process

Interested young talents can apply for the program until April 14, 2019, at https://yep.berlin/application. This time limitation creates urgency and ensures a structured selection process.

Why the Young Entrepreneurs' Program Matters

The German startup ecosystem needs more qualified founders. Programs like YEP bridge the gap between academic education and practical entrepreneurship. They offer young people the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial skills in a protected yet challenging environment.

The combination of peer learning, professional mentoring, and focused learning units creates a holistic approach that promotes both personal and professional development of participants.

For me personally, the Young Entrepreneurs' Program represents a new phase – an opportunity to pass on my experiences and knowledge to the next generation while learning and growing myself.
